Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

Every plan starts with a live demo built around your operation — no price list to decode, no long sales process. Tell us your team size and we'll recommend the right plan on the call.

Pricing · no commission on your own clients

What would you actually pay?

Rivals advertise a low headline, then take a cut of your new clients and profit from every payment you take. Move the sliders to your own numbers and see what your salon would really pay — ours is a flat fee, we don't take a cut of your payments, and your clients stay yours.

Everything you invoice through the app, before card costs.

Most established salons run ~20–30% new / 70–80% regulars. This is what marketplace commission is charged on.

How this is worked out

Us — Sole Trader: 5% of takings, capped at £29 — a quiet month costs less, a busy one never costs more than Standard. Prefer a predictable number? Take the flat alternative shown on the Sole Trader row instead.

Us — Standard / Pro: flat £29–£59 (by seat band) / £79 a month. No commission, and no payment markup — you keep your own merchant account and pay your provider's normal processing rate; we don't take a cut of your payments.

Fresha: £14.95 + £9.95/extra person + 1.19% of card takings + 20% of new-client takings (marketplace clients).

Booksy: £40+VAT + £5/person + 1.29% card + 30% of new-client takings (Boost, opt-in).

Treatwell: ~42% (35%+VAT) of a new client's first booking, plus an undisclosed monthly software fee not shown here.

Bark & Checkatrade are lead directories, not booking software — complementary, not compared.

Illustrative. Our prices are proposed and will be confirmed at launch. Sole Trader is pay-as-you-go (5% of takings, capped so it never costs more than Standard). Rival figures use published 2025–26 UK rates. Card-processing pence-per-transaction and VAT on rival subscriptions are omitted for simplicity. Competitor figures were verified on their own pages on 2026-07-05, but prices change — we'll re-check with a same-day screenshot before this goes live. Treatwell and Phorest don't publish a monthly software price, so none is asserted here. Fresha's £9.95/extra-member figure and Squeegee's per-user price are less-confirmed and may differ from your quote. Booksy figures are ex-VAT. Confirm live prices before relying on these numbers.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a live demo of the platform set up for your trade, so you can see it running on your own jobs before you commit to anything.
How is it priced?
BeautyTracker is priced around your team size and the modules you use, not a one-size-fits-all fee. Tell us about your operation on a demo call and we'll put together a plan that fits.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes — move between Standard and Pro at any time as your team and requirements change. There's no lock-in and no re-implementation needed.
